Would you like to be more fully present in your body? Together we will explore this practice of breath and movement. All abilities are welcome. Donna Melcher will lead us in gentle pranayama (breathing exercises), then some seated warm up exercises. Then we will go further in body awareness and simple dance movements-either standing or sitting. Barefoot or soft shoes are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle. Class is for those identifying as women.
