Labor Day Kayaking

UUMAN kayakers are planning to kayak the Chestatee on Labor Day morning. This kayak trip is open to everyone as kayaks are available for rent for $30. We will put in at the Appalachian Outfitter location on Highway 60 just south of Dahlonega. For folks with kayaks there is a $10 shuttling service available.

We will meet at the Appalachian Outfitter location at 9am. Here is the address - 2084 S CHESTATEE/HWY 60, DAHLONEGA, GEORGIA 30533 - this is where we will meet and the URL where you can reserve a kayak - https://www.canoegeorgia.com/.

We will be keeping an eye on the weather and water level prior to the day to make sure its safe to go.
